2015 MURDER ON THE CORNER OF PAUL AND COCKRELL ST IN ROCKY MOUNT STILL UNSOLVED

ANTWON BERNARD GRAY, 24 was killed on the 600 block of Paul St in Rocky Mount.

Officers responded to reports of gunshots on the corner of Paul Street and Cockrell Street at about 1:20 a.m. on 08/6/2015. They found two victims, Antwon Bernard Grey, 24, and Tariq Williams, 24, both of Rocky Mount, suffering from injuries.

The shots were reportedly fired after Grey and Williams were involved in an altercation with people they didn’t know.

Gray suffered a single gunshot wound to the head and had abrasions, lacerations, swelling and other injuries to his face and arms.

Williams suffered minor injuries and was treated and released at a local hospital.
