Keenan Marshall Mercer, 21 years old at the time was riding his bike near 843 S Pine Street in Rocky Mount at 940AM on September 15th, 2017 when he was killed.

Keenan Mercer was riding his bicycle and was shot.

9MM shell casings were found at the scene.
