SEEKING JUSTICE FOR AMY BRIDGEMAN AND HER FAMILY

6/24/2013 630AM- ELM ST WELDON, NC

Amy Wells Bridgeman, age 42, was last seen around 6:30 a.m. on Monday, June 24, 2013 on Elm Street in South Weldon, NC.

Residents of her home told police that she left the residence, leaving her purse behind and was never seen again. Amy's family has stated that she would not just disappear and not contact them.

Four days later on June 28, 2013, her husband receives a text from Amy's phone. Details of the text have not been published. Amy was not reported missing until June 29, 2013.

Some claim that Amy may have left the Weldon area with a long-haul truck driver.

NC Gov Ray Cooper initiated a $5,000 reward for information that would lead to conviction of those responsible. The family also appears to be offering $2,000. Team Cold Case is offering up to $15,000.
