SEEKING JUSTICE FOR JAQUAN ANTONIO UNDERHILL KILLED 6/17/2016 ON W RALEIGH BLVD. ROCKY MOUNT, NC
On June 17th, 2016 Jaquan Antonio Underhill was in a vehicle with others and traveling down West Raleigh Blvd in Rocky Mount when someone opened fire on the vehicle near Kinchen Drive. Underhill was taken to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
