Seeking justice for Ryan Lee killed in Rocky Mount, NC on 4.2.2008

Around 11:30am the Rocky Mount Police Department was dispatched to a person that was shot on Clark St. in Rocky Mount, NC. Upon arrival they found Ryan Lee, 16 who had succumbed his injuries. After investigating it appeared that Lee was shot on Branch St and ran two blocks to his home where he collapsed.
