Around 9pm on April 30th, 2017 RMPD was called to a shooting at 428 St. Paul St. in Rocky Mount, NC

Timothy Arrington was in a vehicle with two others in the driveway of 428 St. Paul St. When Arrington exited the vehicle another vehicle pulled up and the occupant fired shots at Arrington. Arrington was pronounced deceased on scene. The other two that were in the vehicle were not hurt in the shooting.

During an appeal case in Nash County Superior Court in an unrelated shooting, testimony was documented that implicates a suspect in this case. However, the case is still being investigated. An arrest is imminent it is just a matter of time.
