Around 1130PM Friday, June 5th, 2020 a shooting took place on the 1200 block of Ash St near Howard Ave in Tarboro, NC.

When Tarboro Police arrived on scene they found 19-year-old Zartavius Henderson of Rocky Mount suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Police and Paramedics began life saving measures. Henderson was transported to an area hospital then airlifted to another hospital where he passed away.
